These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of sleekfitness.us (the “Site”) operated by Sleek Fitness (“Sleek,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or the systems that support it.
2. Updates List
When you submit your name and email to join our updates list, you agree to receive occasional emails about Sleek’s opening and services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Pricing, services, hours, and opening dates described on the Site are preliminary and may change. Membership is confirmed only once you sign our membership agreement and pay your first month’s dues.
3. Membership Terms
Membership itself is governed by a separate Membership Agreement, Waiver & Release of Liability, which every member signs at sign-up. That document — not these Terms — governs membership obligations, billing, cancellation, facility use, and liability matters.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its contents — including the Sleek name, marks, logos, text, graphics, and code — are owned by or licensed to Sleek Fitness and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the Site without our prior written permission.
5. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site links to third-party services (including but not limited to Google Maps, Instagram, MailerLite, GymMaster, and Google Analytics). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Descriptions of equipment, classes, pricing, hours, and opening dates are preliminary and subject to change.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleek Fitness and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
