Experience

Three ways to train.
One standard throughout.

Open gym. Reformer pilates. One-on-one sessions. Every corner of Sleek is built to the same bar — the best equipment we can source, the room to use it, and a team that respects the way you train.

01  ·  Open Gym

The floor, done right.

A full strength and conditioning floor — racks, plates, dumbbells, cables, and cardio — selected piece by piece and laid out with the room to actually use it. No hunting for a bench. No waiting three deep on the only squat rack. Equipment in the weight classes serious lifters actually train with.

Plate-loaded and pin-loaded equipment by Panatta and Newtech. XMASTER dumbbells, weight plates, and barbells throughout the floor. Cardio across the Life Fitness flagship lineup.

Open 5am to midnight, seven days a week. Quieter in the morning, deeper benches in the evening — but never the kind of crowded floor that pushes your training off schedule.

02  ·  Pilates

Reformer classes, daily.

Classes run twice a day, seven days a week, in a dedicated reformer studio separate from the main floor. Led by certified pilates instructors — PMA, STOTT, BASI, or equivalent — and capped at a size that lets them actually coach.

Equipped throughout by Balanced Body — reformers, towers, chairs, barrels, and the full apparatus lineup. The gold standard for studio pilates.

Unlimited pilates is available as an add-on to any membership, or bundled with open gym at a combined rate. Classes book through the member app.

03  ·  Training

One-on-one, on your terms.

Personal training and private pilates sessions with vetted specialists — strength, mobility, rehab, weight loss, sport. Every trainer is certified (NASM, ACE, NSCA or equivalent for PT; PMA, STOTT, BASI for pilates) and has shown us they can coach the way they say they can.

Book by the session, not the package. One rate for strength training, one rate for private pilates — no long contracts, no pressure. Rates available on inquiry.

The Standard

Built without the usual compromises.

Most gyms cut corners you can feel. Thin matting. Plates that don’t load cleanly. A floor built for the lowest-common member instead of the ones who actually use it. We’ve started from the opposite assumption — that the members who pick Sleek do so because they want the details right.

That shows up in what we buy, how we staff, and what we say no to. Fewer machines, better ones. Fewer classes, better coaches. Fewer trainers, all vetted. The result is a gym that feels quieter than it looks — because everything is where it should be, and nothing is overbooked.
