Reformer pilates
in Koreatown.
Classes twice a day, seven days a week, on a full Balanced Body apparatus lineup — in a dedicated studio, separate from the main floor. Inside Koreatown Plaza, Los Angeles.
A room built only for this.
The pilates studio is a dedicated room, not a corner of the gym floor. No music bleeding in from the weights, no waiting for a reformer, no class squeezed between the racks.
Equipped throughout by Balanced Body — reformers, towers, chairs, barrels, and the full apparatus lineup. The gold standard for studio pilates, and the reason instructors can teach the full method rather than a reduced version of it.
Group classes. Or one-on-one.
Group Reformer
Twice a day, seven days a week, capped at a size that lets the instructor actually coach. Unlimited as an add-on to any membership.
Private Pilates
One-on-one across the full lineup — reformer, tower, chair, barrel. Booked by the session, with no package to buy up front.
Gym + Pilates
Open gym and unlimited pilates together at a combined rate, for people who want the floor and the studio in the same week.
MembershipCertified, and actually coaching.
Every instructor is certified through PMA, STOTT, BASI or an equivalent body. Classes are capped deliberately — a reformer class with too many bodies in it is a workout video with a person standing at the front, and that is not what you came for.
The same standard applies on the strength side, where every personal trainer is vetted before working with members.
Do I need pilates experience to take a class?
No. Classes are capped at a size that lets instructors give individual corrections, so first-timers are coached through the machine setup and the movements from the start.
What equipment does the studio use?
The studio is equipped throughout by Balanced Body — reformers, towers, chairs, barrels and the full apparatus lineup — in a dedicated room separate from the main gym floor. See the full equipment list.
How often do classes run?

Can I do pilates without an open gym membership?
